All our production servers are hosted on Class-A cloud service providers. Offering the highest levels of security, availability and performance. We are also fully responsible for the daily management of the servers, taking daily backups and doing the regular maintenance. i.e. No need for any IT resources from your side.

Personalized training is offered to each customer. Our commitment to exceptional training and support goes beyond the norm. We prioritize getting to know our clients through initial online demos, and this relationship continues with unlimited tailored training sessions (at no extra cost). To further enhance support, we assign a dedicated account manager to each company, complementing our standard online chat and email assistance.

At extra charges, you can request extension for any of the limits set in the basic price plans, for example you can buy buckets of “Route Optimization Credits”, extend the 7-days of tracking history or add more customized forms. We also welcome making special customizations or white label upon request.

We have an open API library ready for integration with other systems, we have done integrations with SAP, Microsoft dynamics, Aliphia, eInvoice solutions and some fleet systems. Our team is ready to look into your integration requirements with your ERP or fleet systems.
